Haha that' a good way to put, the answer to both questuons:
Yes it' manipulated trading.
Yes it' normal trading.
The ASX has allowed such trading by larger instos and brokers. Retail investors aren't allowed (or simply are unable) to manipulate trades like this.
Go figure, so much for a level playing field!
