Am I correct in saying there is 1.3B fully diluted shares on issue which equates to a fully diluted MC of approx $95M?

Over 52M shares will be issued towards end of this year at 5 cents.
That’s a large market cap for a company producing 850k in revenues.

Don’t get me wrong I think they are setting up a solid base to move forward from but is there any way to calculate future revenues or have all royalties and payment structures been kept private?
