Yep I looked at the 4C and went....wTF are they selling out at 8c for, they are in a good position and getting better....

NOW, one word of warning....Eagleview. If EV was to walk away from the TO would they walk away from SFI's product as well? Evidence says no as there is only Nearmap and SFI in this space and nearmap is too expensive to TO, (although they could use their data capture)

So it looks like cashflow positive in next 1/4 and no other easy options for EV.

I'm voting NO, I'm not against a TO, but 08c is just way undervalued.
