In response to Peter Reeves Aura release:

I'd like to state that 'minority group of shareholders' managed to vote John Bennet to the BoD...how does a 'minority' manage to do that?

And, my understanding is a 'Royalty' like that mentioned in the ASEAN proposal, is based on production of pounds in the ground and revenue from that procedure - is that not what a 'Royalty' is, or would someone kindly explain to me if that is not the case? And if that is the case, then surely the share price will be much much higher at that point and would be negligible.

We are bleeding money and share value to Lind and their arrangement, and what was the value of the loan from Lind?
It's not based on progressing the company only making Lind profit in the selldown. It was desperation financing by Peter Reeve which I don't understand? Why would he do this? The only thing it appears Peter gets out of this decision is to show bad judgement and that is the person at the helm of our investment - surely we need someone who exercises better judgement.

I would agree with Peter on one aspect of the ASEAN proposal - that the financing be a much higher figure than A$3m, it's still more than the Lind arrangement but it seems a little opportunist.
