Hey guys sorry if it has been discussed already, I couldn't find anything on it.
Could some explain to me how/why cases/orders are not correlated to cash receipts/revenue? ie. cases/orders have gone up significantly, but receipts actually declined? revenue only up slightly compared to the cases/orders.
For example, change from Q2 to Q3 total cases increased around 37% , total orders up ~18%, but revenue is only up ~9%. Previous quarter comparisons show much more closer correlation between the figures.
I understand that cash receipts may roll over to next quarter hence may lag behind. But seems like there is still a bit of discrepancy when compared to previous quarters. Why is that?
If someone could help me make sense of this it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
PD
