problem is all that cash is held in the grasp of other decision makers outside of BRL who don't seem to keen to part with it.
Coking coal price has come down rapidly in the last month or so, although export coal production is 20% hedged at very high prices
Still as you indicate cash balance not much less than the company is being valued at.
