Am I correct in thinking that even though they have purchased back 72,023,365 shares since they started, the total shares on issue has increased over this timeframe due to what I can only assume being employee/performance share issuances. I'm pretty certain the share count used to be in the high 800 millions but can't find any historical record.

Anyway my point of this is that they have around $3.5mil in cash/investments (highest amount in a very long if not a record amount) which I think they could be more effectively using. Either increase the rate of share buybacks, look at M&A or start returning profits through dividends.
