It could be assumed that with a CEO now well-remunerated, contracts with GM in place, and a slow share buyback being executed - there is minimal reason for any urgency regarding collaborations/tech developments or upsetting the existing major customer by approaching "new" sales opportunities.
The share price does not seem to be a focus for their attention and the company approach may remain this way for some time.

with General Motors for the provision of its OnTRAC software platform for a further 5 years on commercial terms otherwise consistent with the original agreement"
That may mean there is no pressing need to change the existing company strategy until June 2026.
