If Talleys wanted the cash it would already have been released, BT mining is going to be worthless after stockton export mine is done (Early 2027) so I suspect Talleys wants to get a hold of some or all of BRL's 100% owned mining tenements/licenses in the area and add that to BT mining portfolio, no show of any meaningful money being released until Talleys get what they want at the price they want it.....just an opinion.
