The item of intrest for me recently is the recovery rate(its low,imo). I understand its a work in motion and it will take time to twek the new system however the claimed 81% although better than high 70 percent's is still low. Where I work we are currently achieving in the 89-92% recovery s, admittedly we have been operational ~ a decade.
As for the Bullseye DFS,FID,Development etc, now that compulsory acquisition is underway Im not to concerned by the shifting timeline.... it's mining it happens. Rest assured MH & his team will be going as fast as possible IMO. They will also be eagerly awaiting dividends that will come in time.
