Because if you cared to look at the course of trades today, you'd quickly see that the instos have been so successful with their relentless manipulation and gaming of the GXY SP that they've driven retail out of trading GXY and that means that they now, are effectively only playing with / against each other, and there's not much fun left to be had in doing that, for any of them.
Sort of reminds me of the wisdom contained in that old saying, "Be careful what you wish for, because you might just get it"
