Funny you say that. I remember everyone wanting Albers, Todd et al to get out and stop influencing CUE. People thought the Co could do better without them. I don't think too much would have changed - they may have forced costs a little lower but not much else.
CUE's hope lay in one of the following:
- Zeta / NZO takeover
- WA striking a big one.
- Indonesia partner coming in.
Otherwise this will fade away to nothing. Crazy how they have burned through $40m in cash in a last few years...far out. Disaster.
