I note production has dropped by several thousand barrels with the bulk of that drop coming from NZ. At what point does the FPSO Raroa become uneconomic? Back when I worked offshore the number was 4000-5000bbls/d. At end of life I imagine there will be some remediation costs?
While the oil price has obviously caught the drop in production this time I’d be hoping the company are not too far off booking new reserves otherwise that cash pool will soon begin to drain.
