I wrote a letter to the editor at SMH about exactly the same thing on cars and electricity production in Australia a year ago when he got in. Not published. But, they happily published my letter on a parking fine I sent them at the same time.

I think the marketing on gases green potential in Australia to the general public is more than poor. I also think Uranium is an option we need to develop in Australia but our heads are stuck in the sand with Chernoby!. Governments need to educate and lead by example.
