Yes it would be good if they explained these things a bit more.
The E74/400 and 401 are iron rights only from what I can tell. The 'fees' arent too bad. Its just the amount the company has to spend working the tenement. Can be anything from staff wages when doing desktop research to exploration holes and field mapping etc. 50k is not much in the scheme of things.
