    Also, did a search as well. Might be a coincidence but someone also called KR went bankrupt in a mining contract approximately 7 years before the start of FAS. Pretty sure that is the release time for bankrptcy and therefore you are allowed to run a company again. Should really have done more research.
    comm courts and federal circuit court websites are under maintenance right now soz so no link available
