    Hi Zeb,

    Maybe I'm missing something, so thought I'd give you a nudge for your thoughts.

    In their narrative, they mention raising $1.5 million during the quarter through share placements, however in their fin. statement it's recorded as $1,062,000. Quite a discrepancy.

    Any thoughts?
