They do a deal with a 3rd party who agrees to sell the shares at the best price.
This party pumps the SP get the best average, the higher the greater the fee!
Better than paying LJ who only sell them on market.
Maybe the reason that AF has not put out a 604 for his dilution to 16.2% as it didn't happen.
