I am now strongly of the opinion you are right on the need to acquire another business. I think it needs to be complementary to avoid looking too frazzled. Something still in the recycling line and slightly profitable. The current government disinterest in the environment may mean a few in the sector have been thrown out with the bathwater. They maybe only have a couple of million in the bank, but they have some pretty wealthy holders who would wish to get this thing out of the toilet.
