I think Alreco should be maintained to protect the tax losses that exist , a complete change of business and these are lost . I think doing this gives them time to complete the backlog of half complete processing and look to explore if there is any unseen opportunities to find a new source of aluminium waste to process but most importantly look to buy another business in waste management now that is profitable already for cash shares and debt .
A company that is to small to list but if it had extra capital it could grow beyond its current capability
Not sure what , but possibly similar to what TOX did many years ago when they were cleaning trucks and fell to as low as 1c
