    I agree secondchoice

    The biggest risk I now see for shareholders is that since Frankly Brazil left the board shareholders and the board may not share the same motives

    Shareholders want the share price to rise , see profits and return dividends

    This board does not own any shares and must as directors see the company meets its legal requirements to leave Geelong clean and free from an EPA claim against directors , and to make sure the current board pursues the old board for breaches .

    All at the cost of the shareholders cash and not their own expense , shareholders are paying the bills and seeing the cash dry

    In my view some of the larger shareholders need to either give up , or take control of the board at the AGM and buy a new business to create a new beginning
