The current Board shows no intentions of doing anything that adds to shareholder value.
You have long said that the Company should look at acquiring another business. You were saying that even before Alcoa announced its closure of its aluminium recycling business.
MHM's Board has had 9 months to come up with a way forward but the best it can do is close down. IMO you are spot on when you say the Board will do spend all available cash to ensure that they are not at personal risk.
