Matthew Keen is paid $250,000 pa plus super plus car for his services. I believe he is a former partner of UBS, MHM's largest shareholder. He is the Managing Director and is not paid Board fees. Are Kirkwood and Menzies now going to split up the Board fees between them. I would also like to see how much the company secretary, Mitchell, is being paid for his services. It is a bit of a boys club.
The question that should be asked at the AGM, "Are payments for the individual Board members going to be increased above the 2013/14 level". The Board should not be rewarded for doing nothing.
