Little bit too much emotion going on with this one, not much holders can do at this stage anyway so best to try and stay calm.
Here's an update at least and contrary to some opinion there's new information here. Firstly, a cornerstone investor is a new development suggesting that a company/entity will take an issue of shares in WFE. This is important as if it ends up being a decent amount then the issue price could be a base for the SP to start at if/when WFE start trading again.
Secondly, an acknowledgement of the cobalt markets weakness in the last 12 months means those exploration licenses / tenements WFE had an option over are no longer good value. Negative on one hand due to market weakness, but prudent on another meaning they might be able to pick up more advanced and better value tenements at a later time which they seem to have identified already but will save what little cash they have left in the short term.
Lawyers engaged that have completed draft independent accountants and solicitors reports which have been mentioned are a requirement before meeting called and full form prospectus ready for that.
Still falls on funding / offtakes now and then prospectus as to success or failure here but I'm not sure you can say either way until these are finalised.
So while not a defining moment it's not an indication that this company will fail either. Few more questions answered and just a matter of waiting for funding.
Cheers,
Disco.
