If you are so confident and you want to keep the company in suspension indefinitely, then YOU SHOULD BUY OUT all the current Shareholders who want to get out.
Go on, buy them out.
That way, every one is happy - they will have their money and you will have more WFE shares, and as you are so confident in the company, you will be Super Rich - when and if the company come out of suspension, no?!?
