I'm not going to pay the anything. The directors are the ones making the decisions about what/who to pay using the funds available to the company. I merely suggested that it could be the case that they've decided to defer payment of directors' fees until they get relisted to abate the drain on cashflow. If I was running the company, that is what I would be doing particularly being conscious of the issues surrounding preferential payments and the 6 month relation back date
My guess is that they will get paid when the company has funds in the account again.
