    Binding agreements were conditional. These conditions were not met either so apart from reasonable costs should be accepted.

    “Winmar considers the acquisitions, which are conditional upon obtaining shareholder approvals and recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules”.
