    Interesting, I asked a question a while ago as to whether the ore supply agreements had get out clauses and therefore were not binding after a certain point in time. Questions 4 - 6 made there way to the management questions in the other thread as well - Post #: 38949290 Given the tenement purchase agreements were in effect not binding as they had 'get out clauses', I just wonder how binding are the supply agreements then.

    Anyway, let's see what the Prospectus says on all these issues.
    I can see your reasoning for your view, and it makes sense, assuming the supply agreements are with what in effect would be 'stranded resources' been the assumption (been resources that are not large enough in themselves to support a processing facility, unless pooled together with other 'stranded deposits' to become viable for the supplier/s and WFE as producer).
