Another BIG negative from management to shareholders just 2 hours to review the quarterly results before the shareholder call with shareholders
Why are Quarterly Results announced and then the conference call on the same day just a couple of hours afterwards the release of the quarterly report...why not allow shareholders more time 2-3 days to properly read, digest, analyze and formulate their questions on the quarterly report.
This seems a deliberate attempt to minimize and stifle shareholder discussion ...I will be voting against all AGM motions ... we need to replace TK too many failures, lack of upfront goals, lack of shareholder communication, and questionable award of hand held device contract.
A fish rots from the head ...only replacing TK will get this stock moving ...he is simply not up to the job
