Maybe the recent slide (3c below crap offer) is an indication that the quarterly is a “fizzer” and also just maybe Pfizer has let it known to the Board that they are dropping the offer, it makes no logical sense for the decline.I originally thought that a few retail may be hedging their bets and selling half their holdings just in case, not sure now. Either way I’m not expecting all cards laid on the table on Wednesday and think there may be a bit of rubber being used.
