I just think people have bought it... and are happy they own stock in 'the market' so to speak... and are filled with enthusiasm- but havent watched the reality of the cash burn or the surrounding industry.
This stock drops 5 percent a week and at times 5 percent a day.
This company is pretty much EXACTLY like a government department.
-Tonnes of staff
-Huge renumeration for staff
-Loads of cash burn
-No consideration whatsoever for efficiency.
-An endless bucket of cash to use to advertise and do promotions.
-Many tiers of bosses/departments and so on.
I wreckon this company could be marched down the road from collins st... to mcdonalds or a government department... put in uniform...and it would be hard to tell the difference if they belong there or not. Only difference is McDonalds staff are very efficient and this mob are just having a good time.
Still without profits to date and already expanding.
Any alarm bells there?
... all that is ever talked about by directors is the fantastic working conditions and experiences they are having. Evidently its very rewarding to work there.
Well this quarter showed that... by spitting in the shareholders faces and buying employee shares at 1 dollar.
The more i research the origins of successful enterprise... the more i see problems in this company...
The directors may have experience in government or big profitable operations, holding the wheel of the titanic so to speak... whilst the captain takes a walk... but theres a lack of dynamics and innovation here. Any small business owner would recognise that.
..
Im giving this an emergency sell warning.
Perhaps buy back in 2 years time at 2 cents.
