In theory I agree, however emphirically the cash inflow has only increased through accummulation of small contracts ie <$1M. The increase in job adverts imply a far reaching network though I don't think we are going to see a substantial increase in revenue or share price until we start landing those large POC's. If it's just one POC that won't help much as it will cause a spike and retrace - the challenege is to sustain revenue by securing subsequent POC's, then we know the business is maturing.
