Yes that seems to be the plan - so an extra 300mil shares to add to 637mil currently on issue, so they're effectively adding 50% to the number of issued shares. It will be interesting to see if part or whole of the SPP is underwritten.
They had 3,330 shareholders on the register last October and if they all sent in $30k then they'd receive $100mil, so hopefully only one in ten applies as I don't want to get scaled-back on the $60k I'll be sending in.
