If they're buying 135mil shares now then that would be 17.5% of the expanded capital of 772mil shares(637+135) so they would have 17.5% of the expanded capital but they might already own some NCZ shares to give them 19.99% - they would then participate in the rights issue to maintain their percentage.
NCZ inviting the wolf into the hen house - we'll see how that works out for them over the next year.
