Retail money will not move the needle up to $30m plus MC or more, it will be institutional money.

The sophisticated investors understand that resolution 14 was introduced most likely after ongoing delays to the originally scheduled EGM due to negotiations with the ASX.

The MD is aware of the dilution and has on at least two occasions I am aware of made decisions to try and avoid dilution. So he is mindful of it. In the last quarter we had an estimated 1 quarter of funding available so we need to raise more, no doubt, but how to display this on the 4C in Section 8. The easiest way is through an approved EGM resolution to raise up to $3m. This very neatly addresses question 2 in section 8.5.

Now do we need to raise all $3m via an equity raise? not if another opportunity comes along like an export loan or partnership.

Lets see if the issue is addressed in the conference call today. I would be very surprised if it is not.
