If you attended the series of talks by "Wayne" in Australia recently you would be aware that they now have a very profitable deal buying Uranium on spot (about $25/lb) and selling it at their contracted price of over $50/lb.
Costs have fallen as they can go slow with the ramp up of the production. In fact, no desire to pull their own U out of the ground while they can cash in on the above deal (which they have fixed for 3 years I think it was).
Plenty of incoming $ from that so I cant see why any CR would be needed.
