Does this mean that they are signing new contracts at $53/lb? US DoD purchases are a positive development and would keep the US uranium projects alive until the utilities start new contracting cycle. If both DoD and utility LT contracts (5-10 yrs) both begin in 2021 will be happy days for holders.
