For reference,

Sep 2021 Qtly sales of $4.1m (Share price at close on release of Qtly 18th Oct was $5.06)
Dec 2021 Qtly sales of $6.3m (SP on release 28 Jan was $4.45)
Mar 2022 Qtly sales of $3.1 (SP on release 29 April was $3.55)
Jun 2023 Qtly sales of $6.8m (SP on release 26 July was $2.83)

For full yr sales of $20.3m


Recap of where we were at at yr end.
- $16m cash in bank
- $10m undrawn debt facility
- $5.4 modern manufacturing grant untapped,
- positive cash flow in Q4 of $1.3m (supported by timing of income vs expenditure but generally trending to CF positive operations and will improve over time as the sales staff hit their straps)
- 2.1m litres of whisky (43% ABV)
- NSR $269 per litre
- Fy2023 forecast sales of +$30m (cant find it in materials, was this noted in the annual result webinar?)


I would like to see some commentary on the below also;

Lark's key strategic initiatives planned for FY23 include:
- Appointment of a new CEO

- Expansion of Classic collections, ensuring core range to meet the
