Impression i am getting is that dual listing wasn't about chasing new capital, it was about facilitating an existing offer from an interested party. We all speculated on who this might be last year based on things he said at the time, I think we were possibly on the money, given he admitted he has already had his knuckles rapped for saying too much.
Even if there was ongoing admin expenses associated with this, if it means we can get through a couple of years to profitability without further dilution from local brokers who are just going to unload their holding and kill any price appreciation, it makes sense.
Get a cornerstone holding from a heavyweight that wants to use our tech going forward. Make a quantum leap out of microcap begging for scraps.
Worth the cost imo.
