Cash collection lags by more than one quarter.
But they stop telling lies....In the Sept quarter it was said $3.2m will be received this quarter...only $1.39m received.
It has always been a struggle getting a handle on SMA's figures....The market will lose faith if there is no visibility & will factor in a couple of risks doing business in China.
# Receivables may not necessarily be recoverable.
# The long delay may put severe pressure on working capital with the need to raise cash.
This uncertainty will ultimately erode the large premium SMA trades at relative to its peers.
