Hi CCM,
UnionBank is securing their software communication, that is the reason they are going with IBM for a product to enable to do just that.
So my guess they need to upgrade their security before anything can happen with PIL. So their still hope for PIL and UnionBank, also was mention in last announcement PIL is support them anyway they can, so that does validate the above.
