haha CYS well that's another story and one wonders how good it was given this reverse takeover - opportunistic way of getting out maybe?.
from what I understood the "asset" was being offloaded due to not so impressive results. will have to check PIL balance sheet to see if it still shows there - maybe the land rights were just returned due to not being a core asset here not to mention a bleeding asset!!
