This company seems to be run for the benefit of professional investors with little concern for the interests of minority shareholders. The constant placements with attractive options is something which ASIC would be well advised to look into.
The price has really tanked in recent times and perhaps deservedly so given the lack of transparency and proper governance steps to protect the interests of investors other than the chosen few.
