Ukiton, I suspect you are right, I also suspect that had they wanted to they could have delayed signing and recognition for a day. I think it maybe a case of spreading out the good news as I am expecting more good news with respect to forecasts when we get tomorrows results.
That contract is a monster in excess of US$ 30 million. We know they were in line for two Phase III trials Lilly and Eisai need to try and figure out which one this was (I suspect it was Eisai). Keep in mind there is another one lurking out there somewhere, while I would not expect it to be this large again it should be at least US$ 10 million. We should be looking at a very strong contracted sales number this financial year could easily be as high or higher than US$70 million.
