I haven't checked the numbers yet but isn't it to be expected that product manufacturing costs should be increasing quite steeply this last quarter because the company has received a surge in Zoleo orders around the middle of 2021 ? This 4C suggests manufacturing costs have increased by ~52% over the last quarter ($4580k vs $2984k). That really doesn't surprise me at all. If they had the same manufacturing costs as last quarter, we'd be showing a net cash of +$1259k.
The surge in Zoleo orders was reported on 7 June 2021 (22,000 to be shipped and invoiced in Dec 2021), and 16 Aug 2021 (27,480 to be shipped and invoiced in April 2022). Before that, it was ~12,000 a quarter.
All IMHO, DYOR
