There may not be too much to rolling out especially to English speaking countries as all it really is having local authority approval and then as the network is iridium and global users just hop on to it no matter which country it is.
I agree South America could be a big market, people may even use Zoleo somewhat day to day id they live even a little off the beaten track as reception may be poorer there generally speaking.
