So Aurora is now in "technical studies" phase and Gas-Tess is stil "pending improvements to the heat echanger".
Looks like they are going to need more SPPs before they can build anything substantial.
I think they bit off more than they can chew with Aurora.
The company should be 100% focused on getting a return on their investment in Aurora (PV + battery), rather than continuing to blow cash on TESS "studies"!
TESS has always been 90%+ efficient when heating it with electricity and the thermal insulation loses only 1% per day of that thermal energy.
what the announcement fails to mention (again) is the poor efficiency of the turbine (30%).
90% x 30% = 27% (maximum) system efficiency which implies 4kW input to get 1kW out into the grid.
Less sales pitch and more facts are needed before i will support this company.
