I can't think of many tech companies that don't have cost blowouts at times. It's all part of attaining growth and market share. not every cost initiative will work.
While i agree that a cap raise is on it's way, i also don't think it will be the last one. Revenue growth (to me) is more important at this stage of the businesses life, IMO
