EQR has announced increased production which is real money. I have said it before and I will say it again. This is not the finished product and they will increase production. The last 3 months indicates they are making improvements and they are conscious of costs with the removal of Goldings. Both Pacpartners and Morgans said today they believe at this level of production they are cashflow positive.
That's why it's still an opportunity! and reaffirms why Cronimet and Oaktree were happy to put in at 9c.

Good announcement from the company while the other players are struggling. They are starting to get noticed by the important global players in this space.
