They allow Local Plans to be refunded for credit, however Global Plans can't be refunded.
I'm unsure how this affects the accounting treatment, and believe there is still a reasonable chance they'll deliver an accounting profit for their FY.
Personally, I'm more concerned about cash flow.. II don't think this quarter will be very good.

Im still figuring out where I think the chips will fall, and where the buying opportunities might be.
